A Message from our Founder:

My name is Reinette Arnold and I am determined to help high performers achieve their goals while promoting positive wellbeing. As a trained therapist and business owner, I come across individuals from various walks of life who are high performers in their careers or "‘everything to everybody’. Individuals who have "a lot going for themselves" but when you dig deep into the conversation, you realize there are pieces of the ‘self’ that they hope to improve to find their “sweet spot”.

I decided to create plans and avenues to help individuals overcome internal and external obstacles, buckle down and focus on attaining their goals to become the best version of themselves. It starts with choosing YOU! In 2018, I leaped out on faith to launch I AM Reinette brand, focused on goal attainment and wellbeing to help individuals reduce the amount of stress, improve their overall life satisfaction, and live their best life.
